About Denver

Denver is an Emotional Wellness Coach, certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner based in Sheffield. Her journey into healing began after navigating identity shifts in early motherhood, the loss of her Grandad, and the emotional weight that followed. What started as seeking therapy for herself soon became a path of deep self-discovery, moving from survival to true inner peace.

With a background in dentistry, education, and corporate sales, Denver understands the pressures of high-performance environments and the toll they take on emotional wellbeing. After training in Reiki, she experienced a powerful spiritual and personal transformation that naturally evolved into her current work, helping others release emotional baggage, find clarity, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Denver’s 1-1 Clarity Sessions blend The Emotion Code, The Body Code and somatic awareness to create a non-judgmental, compassionate space for emotional healing and growth. She believes that labels limit us and that we are all multi-dimensional beings capable of change at any moment - sometimes, we just need the right support to see what’s possible.

This restorative Reiki session allows your body to shift into a “rest and digest” state - calming the nervous system, soothing the mind, and gently rebalancing your energy.

• 1 Hour Appointment: £70

• 1.5 Hour Appointment: £100 (includes a post-treatment intentional tea to anchor your energy and ease your transition back into daily life)
