What does Treatment Involve?
Acupuncture treatment involves stimulating combinations of acupuncture points, through the use of very fine needles, pressure or warmth. The points then have wider effects throughout the body.
Each individual will respond to illness, injury or imbalance in a unique way. As such, points are carefully selected and tailored to you and your unique presentation.
A Traditional Acupuncture diagnosis is made based on your symptoms, careful observation and physical examination.
I have a particular interest in breathwork and embodied mindfulness and will often explore this with you, in addition to considering other lifestyle factors which can influence your wellbeing.
Using these approaches, we can work together to bring you to an improved state of balance in which your innate tendency to restore and achieve your optimum health can be supported.
Warm wishes,
Louise
