About me
I am a Qigong teacher, writer, Holistic Acupressure practitioner and final-year Shiatsu student based in Sheffield. My passion is to give people tools for wellbeing, whether that’s by teaching simple Qigong moves, giving Shiatsu and Holistic Acupressure treatments, or teaching acupressure points for self-care.
I have been practising Tai chi and Qigong since 2011, and have a qualification in Tai chi and Qigong for Rehabilitation and Wellbeing which is accredited by CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).

My interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine began over 10 years ago when I first
experienced the benefits of acupuncture. In 2023, I discovered Shiatsu, a gentle holistic
bodywork practice originating in Japan which has its roots in Chinese medicine. I have a
certificate in Holistic Acupressure, a Year 2 certificate in the Theory and Practice of
Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and am currently in my final year of the Diploma in Shiatsu with Northern School of Shiatsu, due to qualify in Summer 2026.

My background is in teaching English as a foreign language, Speech and Language
Therapy in the NHS, and disability, including giving advice to employees about reasonable adjustments in Higher Education.
I am committed to providing an accessible and welcoming space for all.
