Bridgette Pearson MBACP Counsellor and Psychotherapist
As your counsellor I'm an experienced, fully qualified and warm therapist. I offer long and short term, one to one, counselling and psychotherapy.
My approach is person centred, I will respect your unique experience of life and between us we can explore your issues that are too difficult to manage alone, I will support you by listening empathically and being reflective of your experience to help you in expanding your awareness so that you can work through feelings that overwhelm and confuse you. My aim is to provide you with a safe and supportive space where your concerns can be explored in a sensitive, thoughtful and imaginative way.
My ethnic origin is white British however my immediate family are dual heritage, I am interested in intercultural life and the way in which participatory arts facilitate understanding of different cultures, I love drumming, dancing and singing and I am passionate about post traumatic growth.
