I am Catherine, a reflexologist and massage therapist based in Sheffield. With over 10 years’ experience in the profession, I am passionate about supporting and helping people to find and maintain their optimum health and overall well-being through complementary therapies.

Having originally trained in the Original Ingham Method with the International Institute ofReflexology, I have continued to advance my professional trainings in foot reflexology techniques, as well as Facial Reflexology Sorensensistem, holding City and Guilds Level 5 diplomas in both. I am currently training in a Reflexology for Menopause programme. I also practice therapeutic/deep-tissue massage.

My main aim as a therapist is to offer a space where you can rest, rebalance and restore through Reflexology, Massage and Yoga. ​I am fully insured and a member of: the International Institute of Reflexology; Association of Reflexologists; Federation of Holistic Therapists.
